Genuine fossilized Otodus Shark Tooth, an extinct species of mackerel shark. Scientists believe this species of shark could have been as long as 30 feet. The tooth is between 54 and 33 million years old and Otodus obliquus was a probable ancestor of Megalodon, the largest shark ever to swim the oceans.
Sharks teeth fall out and are replaced in quick succession, making fossilized teeth available for your collection. These specimens are average 1.5 to 1.75 inches. Each specimen is unique! Size, color, and patterns will vary.
